The stretching and strengthening look good. I will try the knee things, my yoga doesn’t really catch knees and I am not coordinated enough yet with self-taught Tai chi.
Not sure if it is helping the kids with the house or my advancing age but I am struggling this summer with joint pain, often needing extra meds. BTW, remember my mantra “Drugs are good” And you use less analgesic overall if you use it regularly and keep the pain under control. Ibuprofen with food!
When you get to kayak shopping, talk with my kids. They are enthusiastic kayakers and have recently shopped.
